This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Our goal is to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the package is scanned by the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
If your country or region is not listed at checkout, please contact us at royaltrendenterprise@gmail.com to confirm availability.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are determined by your local government.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Roytrense is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Roytrense is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows a delivery but you did not receive your order:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at royaltrendenterprise@gmail.com.
We will try to correct it before shipment, but if the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for misdelivered items.
8. Delivery Issues or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
