We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with the policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

The item must not be listed as a final sale or non-returnable product.
Non-returnable items include:

Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”

Gift cards or downloadable products

Personal care items or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process
To start a return:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at royaltrendenterprise@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If rejected:

We’ll inform you of the reason and may return the item to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so cancellations may only be possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after receiving it.
